Our award winning Customer Experience Team use their knowledge and experience to respond to all queries, faults and installations.  We have direct access to the BT fault management portal and also have internal engineers with a vast knowledge base to support any system problem.

The way we apply our experience often means a site visit isn’t required.  We carry out many checks before arranging an engineer – this cuts time and also avoids any additional charges.

We offer a number of support options on your phone lines, mobile devices and telephone systems.

Total Care offers a 4 hour response with a fix within 24 hours.  Should an engineer visit be needed, BT Openreach will attend between 08:00 to 18:00

Critical Cover is the highest level of care plan offering 24/7 call outs.
